Check your battery leads.... sounds like you have a bad ground wire or connection somewhere. Easiest way is to jump negative to the motor.

i had put a wire from the negative of the battery direct to the bolt in the intake .
i could not find the negative stock wire
you think that is the connection and the wire?

He said it ...

You may have bad power cable to starter also, light jumper cables would sort that out or jump the solenoid to see if it's functional.

i change the negative cable and for a moment it works but after 5 min i try again and the only think working is the STARTER RELAY ASSY make a noise tik tik ..

i can't find the problem

sometimes the battery cables corrode from the inside and they dont carry enough current to start the ski (or even turn the starter).

this happens in Florida alot. I used to go through a lot of cables this way.

if it was the bendix, youd at least hear the starter turning over.

if you have spare cables, switch them out. i know its a Pain, but thats all it might be.

the matter is that the bendix doesn't move at all and the only noise is the tiking from the relay

but even if the bendix was messed up, youd hear SOME kind of noise from the starter motor engaging or trying to engage.

also, take your stop/start switch off of the handle bar in case its grounding out.

with more juice (car batt) you may get a little more than a click from the solenoid but all that is going to do heat the wires up and start melting stuff assuming it is a bad connection.

Do a jumper for the neg first, as usually that's the first to corrode, from the neg on the battery to any good ground on the block. Try to start again and see what you have. If it clicks it could be the positive, you can try jumping that from the starter pos. contact directly to the pos. on the battery. If it turns you know it's a wiring issue.

When's the last time you had the ebox open? Chance you have water in there?

Got to make sure you're getting good power to the starter/bendix before you start tearing into that, unless you like to do things the hard way.
