After all that work from myself and Mcdog's diligence on my behalf we were unable to crack the secret code of "The f**cking stuck-on Impeller."
We used: torque, heat gun, torque, torch, lots more torque while breaking 2 bench vises, busted knuckles, WD40, penetrating oil x 100, antiseize x 2, more torque, 2 and 3 foot pipe wrenches with 3 - 10 foot cheater bars with tons of torque and it all yielded not a damn thing. After two days of holding up my build I gave up and took it to a PWC shop. They had the thing for about 8 hours and decided it was easier to cut it off! Cost me $100 and hopefully my drive shaft isn't screwed. We'll see. I appreciate the input boys. I was ready to smash the whole pump with a sledge hammer a few days ago...farking POS.

Hmm... I must have the only RH thread 144 pumps on the planet then. Righty-loosey if you're cranking on the driveshaft, lefty-loosey if you're cranking on the impeller.

if you bolt your pump to a table and lock the prop tool down and put a wrench on the spline tool. You spin it counter clockwise (lefty loosey). If you were to put the spline tool in a vice then you do the opposite with the prop. You would turn it clockwise to remove it Righty loosey.

You must have a pump out of a lawn mower or something. ;)

always install your prop with alot of grease, antisieze.

I've sliced them off with a 3'" abrasive wheel on a die grinder. Cut a notch out longitudinally, you may cut into the threads slightly, no worry! I have found threads pulled (no teflon paste or antiseize) that would have made it impossible to unscrew the impeller. You may have to buy a metric thread chasing file to chase the threads (some automotive jobbers like Napa stores)
