Jetmate wont run

I have a stock Jetmate that has been sitting for sometime. I cant get it to run if i spray starting fluid in the carb it will burp and cut off. I have rebuilt the carb and fuel pump its getting gas to the plugs and has 150 lbs of compressioin in both cylinders. It is getting fire when i check it. Any ideas? Im about at my wits end.....

unplug start/stop switch, try, and jumper (search, been written up many times)
to see if kill switch is bad
how good is the fire?
hot or weak (dying coil)?
