If the vinyl is applied correctly, would it be a problem applying turf over the edges? I was thinking of havig a wrap done and was wondering if there would have to be a sticker line between the turf and vinyl. I guess a pro at laying vinyl could get it pretty close, but I still think the color below would show through. It would look nice if the vinyl could be laid so that the turf covers about 1 in. or so.
In my opinion the contact cement would adhere to the ruffed up vinyl, and as long as the vinyl was properly applied to the hull correctly it should not lift or detach. Maybe it would be better to just apply the turf and let the expert do his job at lining it up against the turf.
Any thoughts?

I was thinking if you were going to turf the rails,You could get him to lay vinly down on the rails just a little and over lap the turf on the vinly so it wouldnt peel up?

5 - 600 seems cheap for a wrap considering exotic charges almost that for a simple decal kit.
over charges... I mean charges what the market will bare
Vinyl seems to be the way to go... I just wouldn't spend more than 200-250 on the material and just do it my self

just wrap it in carbon fiber look vinyl- you could do that yourself.

I am also considering vinyl, but not wanting to blow 500+ on the graphics, I'll just have a used RN hull shipped to me for that with the graphics I like on it for that. I have been looking around on different vinyl sites.
I'm just wanting like an orange camo, or a digital orange camo would be better. I do plan on cutting the sticker where the turf starts.
