Fiberglass Question

So me and my friend is getting ready to install our footholds. We are wondering on what exactly to buy for it tho. This is what I've come up with.
2 yards of 18oz cloth
Half Gallon of 3:1 Medium Epoxy
4Lb of 3Lb denisty foam

Is there anything else that I'm forgetting? And will this be enough for doing both skis?

sand paper to roughen up the surfaces and screws to tighten the footholds to the tray till the epoxy drys.

Will need some rivets or screws to hold the footholds when the epoxy dries. Also need to pick up turf and turfing supplies.

oh... and 2 cans of hydro-turf glue. if you are just turfing the tray, one can should do each ski. if you plan on going big and doing the rails or anything then grab an extra one just in case.

Ditch the HT glue and use DAP

I'm currently turfing my ski after a foothold install. Get the DAP in the red can, and the GEL is awesome btw.

Yeah DAP makes gel contact cement as well. Not sure what the difference really is as I've only tried the regular stuff. DAP weldwood is like $5 a can and you can do both ski's with it. I highly recommend getting pop rivets and a rivet gun instead of using screws. You can secure the holds with the rivets and then just fiberglass over them without any problems. I'm sure you'll find another use for that rivet gun later on too...

doesnt matter, i think the gel is a little thicker but i think it would make it tougher to brush on.

If that's true then maybe it doesn't drip as much but in turn would make it harder to brush... Not a good trade off IMO.
