Address Not Found way too often

I'm running firefox: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.3) Gecko/2008092417 Firefox/3.0.3

I am now constantly getting "address not found" for websites that I know are good. I'm on wireless at the marina and there are two connections. Sometimes I can get to a site after I switch to the other connection, but not always. Is there a problem with my computer or the wireless? Thanks for the help....

Choppin' it up.
I don't know about the Address not found. But with my Mozilla, I get alot of server timeout crap. Then i have to hit the try again button. It's been doing it for a year. My connection is great at the house.

Sorry for not answering your question.

It sounds like a dns issue with one of the connections. dns is what translates x-h2o.com to 208.101.59.66 so your browser can find the server.

Get to a command prompt and run 'ipconfig /flushdns' to clear out your dns cache then 'nslookup x-h2o.com' or whatever site you're having trouble with. See what the ip address is being reported as. If it's having trouble, it may not give you one.
