Anyone ridden a 2001 Seadoo GTS?

We're all mostly a stand-up crowd. But some of us still occasionally ride couches. Surely someone's ridden 1 of these.

How's the ride? Is she slow? Does she turn like a yacht? :lmao:

We're thinking about picking 1 up in Havasu for $1500. Opinions? (Other then SDs suck, please)

That boat runs about 45-50,its an old ,old hull design,perhaps the longest running hull in the pwc industry,they started making that hull in 1990,it was called a GT and had a yellow 587 engine,since then they upgraded it to the 718 engine in 97 I think ,after that it stayed pretty much the same till production stopped .Its a decent handling stable boat,it will not have near the stability or speed of the newer three man boats but it dosen't have the weight or complexity either.
