Plug wire length of a new coil?

Anyone know the length of the plug wires on a brand new coil? Being mine is going in an X2, I need some extra length on the plug wires. Going to mount the ebox on the gas tank to make it easily accessable, and I wanted to make sure it will reach no prob.

once youve trimmed the ends they get REALLY short, mounted on the tank, just ask SuperX2.

he went back to mounting his under the steering so it would reach.

just get a string, and use it as a guage for your length, oh wait, crap, I was thinking you were replacing the wires........


hmmmmmmmm, new coils, 18" maybe.

Oh, if you need to order a coil, get the Kawi 750 coil.

get a coil from a couch that has REALLY long wires. i believe the wave venture coil wires are ridiculously long in a SJ application (or x2 in your case).

JSS can probably make what ever length wires you want.

Thanks all! I'm going to order the wave venture coil. That sounds like the way to go.

Also going to have JSS rewire my coil with the beat up wires, and have them add some extra length.
