The current apartment that I live in will be coming available in the next month or so as I have decided to purchase a house. I wanted to let people know about this jet-ski-friendly locale that is very affordable. It is a cozy one-bedroom apartment about 50 feet from a boat ramp on the Shark River Inlet in Neptune, NJ. The current is rent is $875.00 + utilities which is usually less than $100.00/month. It is walking distance to the famous Headliner and Kelly's Pub and Restaurant. Quite a few of the NJ crew has seen it. PM me if interested and I will give you the landlord's contact info.

Joe, congrats!!!
Where are you moving?

On that note, Joe's apartment is unbelievable, you will never get that close to the water for a fraction of the price. Hell, we pay more then that in property taxes, LOL! It is literally straight across the street from the ramp.
I personally would love to snatch this deal! The backyard is huge with lots of parking space, and you can wrench on your ski or flush it all day long, or just sit at the ramp and watch the action, it's all boat/jetski community which is NOT busy and noisy, but allows you to do pretty much whatever you want in a really sweet, friendly and safe neighborhood.

Joe, you should post some pictures, the place is simply awesome!

I'm just moving around the corner, same town. I was going to post some pictures, but I am on a business trip in Germany until July 1st and really don't have any except for these of one of the moon tide days combined with excess rain in which I rode my ski down the street. This is looking out the front window. This excessive high tide only happens about twice a year and there is a back entrance. The other fun thing to do is sit back and watch all the new and drunken boaters screw up their boats, lose them off trailers, and get into fights at the ramp. I will take some more when I get back.

Classic! LOL
BTW, we are having a pretty bad storm in Central Jersey right now, but your area is naturally protected.
