Just called and received someone on the phone, they said my order was going out today.

Asked for a TN and they said one would automatically be sent via email once shipped.

I'll call again tomorrow if no tracking number.

Tracking number was provided via email. I only ordered motor shims, so it wasn't a big deal (not alot of $$), but it's holding me back on getting my ski back in the water.

Oyster, I'd call to see what the holdup is. I think communication is a problem with them, but do seem legit.

We will see how my order turns out 1st before I make a final decision.

I finally got to talk to a real person, It turns out they have been holding my order because they were missing a $3.00 part. :261: I told them to just ship my order and stick the *****************!!??:nono: Sorry I'm a bad American.

Received the order, and it was accurate. No missing parts.

I think their communication is horrible, but do have great prices. They should have contacted Oyster to let him know his $500+ order was held up by 1 part. 1-2 weeks is one thing, nearly a month is another.

If you want better service or need a part ASAP with no question, buy from Boats.net or DGY. If you have the time to wait, you can buy from MPD (metric parts direct aka honda parts direct?).

I've had the same problem with DGY, they wouldn't ship my order out because they didn't have a pump bolt or something like that. Good thing I live close to them, I went and picked the order up.

I had the same issue with boats.net once. I sent them an email asking that they send the parts they had and to send the back ordered part when it arrived at a later date. They responded quick and sent me what they had and then another package later. No problem.

Wow, that does suck. I got my 07 oem graphics from them quick, and at a good price! I was getting ready to order up a steering cable from them since KEVIN NEVER SENT ME ANOTHER ONE LIKE I ASKED!!! :chairshot:

Any body know the reason why they are shutting down?
I think they were not a Yamaha dealer. Parts I had received from them had a diff. dealer name on the picking tag. Bless them, they saved me $250 on one order!
Suppose the stealers didn't like to be undercut and Yam pulled the plug.
