The HX may be faster but I thought the blaster handled much better. The blaster handles like its on rails...the seadoo handles like...a seadoo, wanted to slide around more when pushed hard.

You ever ridden an HX it dosen't slide ,if you turn you better be holding your ass on.

Ive put an hour or two on an HX, more on a blaster and I found that when pushing it hard the a*s wanted to slide around where the blaster would just stay hooked and rail. Both machines where stock.

The HX does take a different riding technique, add a set of sponsons to that thing and it will not unhook even if you want it to.

Hey Terry, forget the 787, drop a 951 in it!!!!!!!!!!
Why not a Kawi tripple than? Or a 4-tec for that matter :twak:

An HX is an awesome machine, the best for the sport class racing.
And it does handle much better than the B1, it actually destroyed it (racing) when it came out.

Lets see.......... Terry is not going to race his so he does not have to follow any rules.....

The 951 makes sick power in an HX...........

In Stock form the HX is a B1 Killer, but go talk to Godocgo, Scottie Mac about there HX Killers......

A 951 in an HX would pretty much be insanity,Although I have been accused of it it has never actually been proven, besides I don't have any 951's laying around I gots 787,s though.787,s are damn near indestructable in stock or near stock form.

"And then there came the 1200...
And there was cmacc on a 3-seater hull, and there was Rius on a big pig GPR, and there was that little italian guy named Bosio on a fully stock hull XPL..."

I decided today while working on a DI 951 that the sea-doo engineers must have a twisted sense of humor to build a motor like that.
The DI was the biggest Sea-Doo's mistake after inventing the RX hull.
They even made it worse by putting a DI in RX.

I think it might be easier to cut off the top deck to change the starter than to unbolt everything on a DI XP.
You are right. Actually, there was a guy that was asking about a easy way to remove the top deck in order to get to the engine on an XPL. He was a professional car tech.

I hate working on 951's the only 951 halfass easy to work on is the XPL,my absolute favorite Seadoo engine is the 787 it makes awesome power and it takes mods really well.Add a head ,a pipe and some carbs and you have a 951 killer that weighs far less and is much easier to work on.

maybe you can tell me the secret to change the starter on a xpl then. I can touch the bolts but there is no room to put a tool down there.
