actually it was sort of my second. I did the sides of the tray on my old 550 which really wasn't much. I just spent alot of time and had about a thousand clamps to hold it.

Nice Wayne, sorry for not calling back. Got my parts on Friday, hopefully everything goes well this week so I can assemble it all by next weekend. Brad's ski blew up Saturday though :no:

That is horrible. Was it the 750 or the SJ? Did he blow a piston...or worse? Actually your one buddy with the 750 said he is parting his out if it was the 750. He just got a small pin case and his engine is like new??????
