has anyone else had a problem with bending there x metal straight bars i only noticed today after someone else rode my ski and asked they are bent forward may be 1/2 inch and i have not lawn darted my ski?

i just changed a bent set on mine. the right side was bent fwd. i know of another local rider thats had the same problem. now, i just buy 7/8" aluminum tube and cut it 1" longer than the xmetal..... and its thicker-walled stock, as well. i dont worry about the knurled end, as i use clamp-on ODI grips.

what is lawn darting?

invision riding in great surf, you go up the wave and throw a huge nose stab. and then as your nose enters the water #%$&#@^@%#. you come to and realize that you are in about 2 foot of water, you have just jambed your gut into the handle pole and are currently trying to figure out what just happened...

that is lawn darting.
