Cars drive on the beach all the time. You just have to be careful not to park too close to the water. Stay well above the high water line. We usually park the toybox near the first dune (that's only about 80 or so feet from the usual first high water line. The storm wrack should be easily visible even if they just cleaned the beach. Stay above that. If you're getting there later than Thu midday or so, there will be a line of vehicles and campers that will be in the safe zone. Park that far from the water. Do NOT plan to park long term where there are vehicles parked temporarily to unload. If you're on the right stretch of beach, there will be no doubt in your mind. Park in line with the RV's and you'll be safe.
