T Cyl ?s

I have a few ?s about running a T cyl on T cases. Do the cases need to be cleared ? Also what are you guys doing to run the x manifold on the T cases ?

My 98 has a T-701 cylinder and I don't think there were any issues.

The sleeves are thinner at the bottom to fit in the cases.

If your referring to the 61x exhaust manifold I believe the bolt holes need to be drilled out to 10mm or 8mm sorry can't remember

I think most will say that timeserts are the way to go over helicoils

Yes, you can. In fact, since the 10mm threads are 10x1.25, you can simply just screw the 8x1.25 inserts in.
