300/440/550 X2 + 44sbn = throttle cable?

Yep but it would be sooooooooo much nicer to use a stock X2 cable and a throttle wheel!

The 650 SX cable is way too long and will rub stuff wearing a hole in it. I had an X2 once I parted out before ever riding it and it had a hole wore in the hull some from the 650 SX cable! It was set up just like that pic.

Yeah I would love a wheel but I cant find one for a keihin !! I cant even find a sato engineering. Do you have a link?

Would this work? It says its construction allows you to link any throttle cable and bracket combination.

I am not sure. You would have to ask Randy at Watcon. I know the hole is round and the hole in a SBN is different.

Worst case just grab the 650sx cable. I have been running them in all of my x2's now and so far so good. As long as you take time to make sure its secured (zip tied) and not floating around you shouldnt have a problem. I might have the bracket that mounts on the motor mount laying around somewhere. I'll look tomorrow.

Sorry never made it to the garage. I think I sold my cable, may just have the bracket left.

I actually found the bottom pull bracket last night when I was putting my brothers motor in, but I forgot to bring it home with me. PM me a Reminder Thursday night and I will bring it back with me.
