defoaming SUCKS.

and this 1991 ski is absolutely saturated.

I swear, we have about 50% of the foam OUT of the ski, and the trashbag was HEAVY.

I explained to him about weight/power, used the electric scooter as an example.

his eyes lit up, and I do believe he gets IT now.

we are removing 20+ lbs, and adding 10+ HP

it will be a whole new boat.

I have some OLD foam, I need to order more.

I plan on the solid sheet of styrofoam( insulation board), drain plugs in the rear low spots, and 2 part foam whats left.

lots of 5200 sealing, and reinforcing to be done in the back first though.

He actually ENJOYED prying the foam out!
that worked out well for me.
