WORX WR205 vs. WR201

Hi,

i´m from germany and new here, so please excuse my english. I love this forum.

introducing my ski:
´91 sn; handmade footholds; handmade neoprene mat kit; umi steering; ac handlepole; pjs billet finger throttle; carbon reeinforcement inside and outside; primer kit; bored, ported & epoxied 62T case; bored & ported 64X cylinder 780ccm; pro-x pistons; pro-tec head; b-pipe limeted; mikuni 46mm single carb; riva single intake manifold; delta force V2 reeds; stat-trak 9/17 swirl; extended carbon ride plate; carbon blowsion tubbie I freeride sponsons

Here is my first question: i want to by an intake grate but i dont know which one.
The WORX WR201 (deep-agressive) or the WORX WR205 (less agressive).
I ride in the surf mostly in rough water and so often in low water. My fear is that the WR201 will dig into the ground when i come back to beach because of its deeper leaf. Any experiences like that? Maybe someone has pictures of both intake grates mounted to the hull so i can see how it looks and compare them....
Here´s the second: if i buy the WR205 (less agressive one) is it worth the money? Are there real these noticeable improvements in pump-loading and handling compared to the stock intake grate in surf conditions?

Thanks for your answers

everyone here will tell you to get the 201. it might stay hooked up better in the surf than the 205 but it will dig in when you run onto beach......205 might dig also but not nearly like the 201. i ride flatwater only and i compared the 201 and 205 against each other last year since i have both of them. for my riding i like the 205 much better. when playing around the ski handled so much better.

Are all intake grates and ride plates interchangeable from the square, rn, and the fx-1?

The RN and SN use the same intake grates, but I am not 100% sure if the bolt patterns are identical on the ride plates.

The FX-1 has a completely different intake grate and ride plates.
