Where are we riding? Beach zones will most likely be closed due to small craft advisory. North swell means South side of Ponce and Shark shallows will be good and secret spot will be good at least in the mornings. Somebody talk to me, I am getting ancy. I'm going to get gas now.

Wasn't the builder's fault. I guess it's on me, but I would share a little blame with ATP. Their manifold covers the center intake bolt hole. The gasket covered that hole and I forgot about it. It ended up leaking enough air to badly lean out the rear cylinder and melt the piston. I got all that under control and was about to get ready for reassembly when I found a piece of the front piston missing. I guess it's the same issue, but I'm not sure. It's missing a piece between the two rings, but otherwise looks good. more $$$ I don't have to spend right now. Exactly 32.5 hours on it. I have a tiny tach installed since new and it tracks engine time.

Swell should be good through the weekend and the wind should be good in the am's. Low tide is in the morning so shark shallows should be breaking good. Pontoon is ready. I'm ready. I think I could go lift my ski onto the deck right now while the boat is on the trailer.

Don't sleep in the truck. You can see the light house from the end of my road. Just make sure you are not the first to pass out.

Been listening to the weather report all last night, and how it is talking about 10-14 foot waves off the FL coast. :grumble:

when you all say "early" what time do you actually mean? It's gonna be pretty cool at 71 degrees but I'm itchin to ride some cleaner surf instead of the poop I rode last Sunday. If it's anything like the pics you all took from last Sat in the beach zone....I'd be stoked for sure.
