random bump on wrist

i hope is "not a tumor" to quote the terminator. this thing came out of no where last week.
time to get out the hammer and smash it.

ive got one in the same pace both hands, but not that bad. i was told it was carpal tunnel but dont know for sure

Yea I get those periodically. I used to play a lot of basketball and that hindered my playing. I went to the doctor and he said it was an insist (I am not sure on the spelling), but anyways he said to just let them go away or smash them with a bible. He basically said it was the tissue between the joint that got out of place and pushed itself out. Nothing to be worried about but if it lasts for more then a month then I might go get it checked out to see if they can do anything about it since they kind of hurt when doing things such as riding.

dang guess i should go to the doctor ive had mine for 4 or 5 years, and yes it really hurts after a day of riding, hell after about 10 minutes it hurts

lol, yea it hurts a little, I have never gotten one to go away by smashing it but it certainly seems to help.

i had one on my right ankle... they injected it with cortizone/steroid and it went away

i heard it is called a gangleon(sp) cyst.

supposedly come and go on their own.
