DJ and jawbreaker are spot on. this boat is sick! Race only though.
The guys at Wamiltons have forgotten more about hull design than any of you will ever know about hull design. Water ingestion is an obvious concern, as with any four stroke. Its safe to say Wamiltons has taken this into consideration when designing the Wammerjet. I'm stoked to see it race against the Hydrospace!
Props to Wamiltons!!!!!:arms:

only thing is he has to produce 250 to be able to race unless they are raced in the GP Class, then you only have to produce 1!!!

those are my thoughts as well.

ive seen wammer at work with stoyer a few times over the years. he listens, watches, studies, then tries something, listens, watches, studies...etc.

he didn't just put this together on a whim. the guy is good at what he does.

i also agree this is a race ski first and foremost.
That is where wammer really started, race ski's.

maybe they should look into changing some rules . to allow companies like hydrospace and wammer to enter the market easier ,but from what i understand it will be allowed under the octane due to wammer now has the right to the design.

so basically he can produce one off units now and have them homologated under the octane banner?

the octane part does make for an interesting arguement, cause basically once something is homo'd then it is in, but that only works for say they produced the octane from 2001-2005, only those years would be allowed since Polaris closed shop on PWC Production........ But, it is legal for GP Class Racing.........

I heard a little less than the HS. Some have posted that it would be more but I was listening to a conversation and heard less than the HS to be competitive on pricing.

Now wait a minute.. Am I the ONLY one that noticed that the two skis in the pics are quite different?? The black one hinges at the nose, and has a detachable octane hood. The white one has the hinge farthe back, and the hood is molded in as one solid piece.

my guess is that is what wammer was talking about having to get some R&D on them, to see which system works better.
