Keep hydrolocking my SXR!! HELP!

SXR-FOREVER

Finally Flippin
Took a out of town trip and ended up calling it quits early because I kept hydrolocking my SXR for no reason...no water in the hull or anything. Got it running and fogged the hell out of it. Now that I am home I through it on the hose (yes while ski was running I know how to use a flush) and the motor ran fine for about 3 mins then stopped right as water sqeezed out from the spark plugs (yes I immediately turned off the flush tool as soon as the ski started sputtering).

So what the hell could be the issue? I am assume I need to check my O-rings on my head and the gasket between the head pipe and exhaust manifold but is there anything else that could be happening???

Thanks

seems like the o-rings are a little chewed up and the headpipe bolts were wet? Looking like I'll replace the Orings and headpipe gasket! Oh well weekend off of riding wont kill me...I hope...
