Ok. I got some oversized jets from Parrdaddy :cool2: I had the machine shop guy at work take the old jets out  We got one clean out. The other two sucked! The middle one that was a bitch to get at played hell. Anyways, when the jet is in the threads it wiggles a little bit. Will sealant be ok for this? Since it's going to bottom out, should I be worried? One of the other jets is perfect and one has a tiny wobble to it. Please give me good news :hail:

I'm confused. Are you saying that even after removing the original (small) screws, then drill & tap for your new oversized screws, they are sloppy?

Sounds like the machine shop went nuts and drilled too big.

Anyways, a little wobble isn't that bad as long as you seal the treads and snug it with the lock nut. When I did my oversized screws, I used 1211 on the threads as an added protection against future corrosion. I remove and clean them once every 2 months.

How do you know the screw is over your water injection hole? If they were drilled a degree off there would be no adjustment. I see this being the problem with these screws getting installed. IMO

They are a little sloppy. Not much. But once the hold down nut is tight. Nothing moves.

It's still above the injection hole. You can see it. It's not like a 45 degree angle off.
The locknut will seal it off

This is what I thought.
