I spent $3.00 on empty caulk tubes, and mixed up some westsystems with 404 filler. It was about the consistancy of toothpast, and it worked great. Plus, I had no issues laying my side reinforcement on top of it. I would use it again in heartbeat.

I just glued my hull back together like 2 weeks ago with 5200 SLOW cure. Let me tell you it is definitely not coming apart anytime soon. IVe got some pics i havent posted in my build thread But there are some in there of me doing it. I used somewhere between 2 and 3 tubes of 5200. I then used like 15 clamps to hold it together. I loaded the tray with fertilizer and then covered the whole thing with like 300 lbs of mulch bags. I used what i had laying around at the time.. The stock hull also uses the screws and bolts from the trim pieces along the bondline that I'm doing away with so I riveted the 2 pieces together every foot or so. It definitely is NOT coming apart. I think if i hooked one side to my jeep and one side to my foundation the house would come down before it broke. And thats before ive carbon'd the engine compartment.
