new light weight flywheel superjet

I don't know what you mean by "higher" - but Aluminum is indeed quite a bit lighter than Titanium.

corrected last post.

keep in mind Titanium is like x 2 the weight & X 10 the cost. Why use it and I have had a RIVA Billet flywheel for 10 years and its perfect. I have see a few RADS go after multiple years of use, but not enough to justify heavier and more expensive Titanium flywheels. The alum flywheel is already WAY TOO expensive and Alum is still on a rise.

you better hurry up and get them out there .right now there is a market but i believe tbm is making one and will be on the market soon . so i think you will have a target price of around 550 u.s. if they get to expensive you may do alot of work for nothing

The easy part is making one and selling it, ask Jetinetics, they had their fair share of problems and had to learn the hard way how to make one last.

my target price is under what you said we think we can get a spring steel centered one to about the same weight as a rad as for titanium and alloy that is what the merc ones are
i am also taking into consideration what supertune said about a digital pick up i am also speaking to wax to see what is possible regarding a new igniton for digital it will be slow at the start but it will get finished

if you use the 760 setup
ie the front cover it would make it so much easier as you dont have to worry about the strength of the magnets
its already digital so timing is easy
