We have just scored the biggest Raffle to date!!!!!

Ryan Hardwick of Mountain Adventures in Conyers Ga, ( www.mountainadventuresga.com ) in conjunction with Yamaha Motorsports have donated a Brand new 2007 Yamaha SuperJet.

Raffle Tickets will be avail soon for $25 each. (a minimum of $2500.00 in ticket sales must made before a winner can be declaired) These tickets will be avail to all who would like to purchase them, even if you will not be present at the ride. ( full shipping cost at winners expense - cont USA shipping only)
Proceeds of the Raffle will be donated to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta (Egleston/Scottish Rite) & The AWA

Tickets will go on sale later this week & internet sales will end 5/10/07
or in person at the ride, Sat 5/19/07 about noon.

The winner will be picked at the "Southern Fried Freeride" during the dinner!!!!

Special Thanks go out to Tiny!!! Without your help, this might not have happened!!!

i know it sounds like a dick move but will i be able to get a receipt for this?

Big Dan, what would you get a reciept for? The $25 winning ticket (that only standup riders can buy:smile:) or for a jetski you won for a $25 ticket??? Sounds like a no, but I'm sure the dealer will help get it registered. No title in GA.

What kind of dick move did you have in mind?? :biggrin:

Im sure he asked for tax write-off reasons. keep in mind that legally you can only write off the amount you spent over and above the fair market value of the item won.

I'm not exactly sure how that would work with a raffle - but I would expect to recieve a 1099-misc if you win the ski.

Ryan told me at Lake Norman last year that he might be able to score an SXR for us to raffle this year. A superjet is even better!!!!
