300/440/550 550 / 650 swap

I know that there is a very similar thread about a 550/750 swap, but I have some questions. First I know that to swap from 550-650, I'll need a conversion plate, but what else is needed? Will the 550 electrics work on a 650?

All but the stator and starter. They must be 650. Your complete electrical box for the 550 will work in this installation. There are wiring diagrams out there for you to reference when you get to hooking up the wiring. Prof

you will need a 650 regulator swap the one in the 550 box toa 650 one and bobs your uncle .. here is a diagram

Yeah, I'm not so sure about that one. I just put on a 15 degree prop b/c I ride mostly freestyle in the surf. Should I still put on a different prop.

prob a 17 degree if I was guessing, a friend did this years ago, 15.5 was way too short, he ended up putting it back stock before he ever got the prop.
