No, it has not been like this.
Just lately we have a lot of people taking it upon themselves to be the forum sarcasm experts, or whatever certain people are doing.
No matter what we do, it's not the right thing. Ban PancakePete, why did you ban Pete?!?!?! Ban SFL, why did you ban SFL!?!?! Why do you let threads like that continue, why did you lock that thread?!?!?! Your site is full of attitudes and cliques, your site is sterile and boring.

We're fed up with the whole thing, it's just not worth it anymore. The site is not what we envisioned it to be, and we don't get paid to do this, so why bother?

on another note........... just keep pushing it to be what u guys want and the right people will get comfortable and stay .......... the wrong people will get uncomfortable and leave......... forums usually get more well governed by the members then by the mods if u ask me........ original members usually try to keep the peace on a board and let newer members know where they stand............ mods should really only have to get involved in major "blow-ups" and even then just to lock or delete the thread........ only thing ive ever seen u and bk do wrong is explain yourselves to much....... threads like this for example........ like 6 members already told the thread starter that the thread was unnecessary ......... all u need to do is let it run its course............itll either ide out or explode .........when it explodes u just get rid of it.......... no explanation necessary because everyone in the thread already knew it had no business being here that long anyways....... dont let people get u so frustrated ........ run the site the way u guys envision it.... my parents had a vision for me growing up...... to turn into a well rounded adult....... they had to "lock and delete " alot of my lifes "threads" to do it....... i didnt like it at all......... and i bitched and moaned that they were "ruining me and my life"......... but in the end i turned out ok........ well thats my opinion ...... others mat tell u im a bit off kilter lol........ just do what yer gonna do....... accept the fact that people will bitch and moan...... laugh at them ....... then move on

Amen. Do whatever you can/need to in order to get the site on track with your vision and to make things easier on yourselves. If some people can't appreciate the site for what it is and what it can be, then make the necessary adjustments to overcome that. In the end this will be a better place.

A site that existed without BS. We hoped that everybody would keep themselves in check, by having one major focus (Freestyle/Freeride) we thought that it would be much easier, no debates on couch's vs poleski's etc etc........
Just has not gone like it should...........
one of the biggest hopes was to let this site help to coordinate freerides.......... with one in particular we hit some hurdles, in finding a new location, it seamed all we (Paul, Kathy, Tiny, Adrian and myself) got was bitching becuase we were not doing our job in finding a location where you could get drunk........... I am sorry, I thought this was about jetsking not power drinking.........
