kenny keepers ?

Any one try using a set on there freestyle ski?Any problems with them. I hate to ask so many newb questions ,But who better to ask then your expert advise.

i got em...no problems except blowsion sent the wrong hardware...again ....you just need to remove your pipe and battery/box

Use them I can't stress that enough. If you want to replace cuplers and motor mounts on a regular basis then don't install them. Otherwise I highly recommend them. I have seen a set damn near worn out in 2 seasons. They are worth ever penny.

Had keepers installed and didn't brake anything else. Just taped it up and kept riding.:biggthumpup:
My buddy without keepers hit lightly and broke his coupler.:frown:

Probably easier to ask who IS NOT running them:biggthumpup: they are a must. Most people end up having to grind them so they don't rattle on the case bolts. If the rain/snow lets up I'll run out to the garage and take some pictures since my motor is out.

I have heard of only ONE person having to do that, and I am not sure why you would have to. They bolted up perfectly to two skis I have worked on. Unless they vary dimensionally, I don't see how that's possible.

I ride my stuff HARD, i dont have any kenny keepers, but i do have umi couplers and wamiltons motormounts. been running this for over a year and broke 2 motormounts due to another reason. I dont ride surf full time, but if you do i would recomend them. If you dont ride surf, dont get them...

Yep, I agree, mine are all chewed up already. I'm really glad I have them on. I'm working on making them better for the SXR, and will hopefully have some feed back from them later this year.

Just wanted to add that if you land perfectly upside down doing flat water tricks, with a large gapped coupler, you still run the unlikely possibility of breaking said coupler. Other than that, they are worth every penny. Bling is good for freestyle.
