Bulkhead-> into exhaust manifold -> out of cylinder head -> into pipe -> out of pipe -> split to overboard and stinger

I think that should help you? I guess it depends on what exhaust setup your running stock or AM but either way your pipe and head will be connected...

Yes it does help, but
1.Which fitting on the bulkhead is for cooling
2.my coffman's exhuast manifold only has one fitting- does the water flow directly into the cylinder without a hose, or am I blind?

Starboard side (carb side) is the factory cooling line, with the Port side (exhaust side) fitting for the factory bilge pump.
