In my ignorance I assumed that the WAX Racing intake manifold would work with a 38mm carb setup and it won't. If anyone wants to buy this thing it is brand new still in the box and I would sell it for $320 shipped to the lower 48 as Showtime won't take it back. WAX wants $320 plus $40 to get it to the states, save yourself the wait time and the shipping for a brand new one that's ready to go.

None of the aftermarket 62t manifolds fit 38s to my knowledge. That said, if you're looking for a dual 38 manifold to trade plus cash for the wax manifold. I have a oem 38 manifold with boysen reeds on it I'd be willing to make a deal with you..

If anyone wants to buy this thing it is brand new still in the box and I would sell it for $350 shipped to the lower 48 as Showtime won't take it back. WAX wants $320 plus $40 to get it to the states, save yourself the wait time and $10 for a brand new one that's ready to go.

I think you should sell the 38s and manifold and get some sbn 46s to run with the wax manifold. The stock 38s work well on a stockish 701 with the usual bolt ons but once you start porting or anything like that, you'll really want bigger carbs to round out your setup

I don’t plan on getting that into the mods, I had that in my last one and just want this one semi stock.
