Easiest would probably be to install a bow-eye (not the standard ones, the metal loops) you could install it lower then usual so that it will tow the ski more nose up. Would require waterbox/fuel tank removal however, and mabye a bit of epoxy paste on the inside of the hull to bridge the angle for a smooth surface for the washer plate to bolt to (non-cosmetic), its your call
