Want to find thread about diy total loss

Hi all,

Long time ago i've read post about using hall effect pickup with msd brain for motorcycle in order to build total loss ignition.
I'm actually interrested to find other way from atp ts2 brain because not still available new....
Someone has the link about this thread (of course i've tried the search function but not find the good result at this time.

I agree. I remember the thread he is talking about. Dont remember what came about with it. If it really worked.

I believe it morphed into the above mentioned thread did it not?
What started out working with an off the shelf unit was developed into a dedicated module that worked with the stock stator for less money and a whole lot easier.
