61x V Force 3 reeds. Need stuffer?

Hi guys. I've got a 2015 SJ with the usual mods. Pipe, light flywheel, msd, light porting, shaved head.
It also came with V Force 3 reeds and an angled spacer. I was told to remove the spacer for a touch more bottom end if i was bored.
When I removed the reed block I noticed there was no stuffer to transition from the oval stock intake manifold to the rectangular reed block. I found a box of bits that came with the ski and there was two sets of new stuffers.
The larger of the two doesn't quite match the oval intake.
My question is, do I not run a stuffer, use the large one as is, or match the large one to the manifold?

Use the stuffer. For freestyle it’s not as important but for a normal ski using full throttle for longer periods the stuffers make more power.
Use the set that matches your intake best. You can grind the stuffer or the mani to match them up which is best.

The VF reeds use a transition stuffer to keep the intake velocity attached to the track better. It’s not a make or break part of the intake but is there for a good reason. However your motor will run fine with or without them Installed so it should not be a reason for an issue. You may simply need to chase the jet from the stock reed set up to get the tune back with the better reeds.

I just got a set of these, what is the angled spacer you are describing? I'm having some issues since I put them on and am curious

It doesn't come with the reed kit.
It was on the ski when I got it. It goes between the reed cages and the cylinder. I was told more bottom end response without it by my mechanic for my set up. Look up ADA angled reed spacer for description
