My gauges and trim both don’t work. I’ve taken the trim motor out and it works. I checked the connections and they all look good. There is power running to the trim box but it doesn’t move. Trim Switch is good. I’m not sure what else it could be. Could it be the ecu or ecm. Any help would be great.

start the machine then try the trim. And make sure the little black wire is connected to the battery.
I already done that a bunch of times. Seams like it’s the little ecm under the dash.
