loompasplace annoying ad redirect

kept getting redirected to this loompasplace site when cruising on here, doesnt even take a click sometimes, happened about 8x this morning, and i cant back out, have to enter x-h2o.com back into the url bar, very annoying. anyone else have this issue? it started yesterday.

firefox adblock, no-script and should probably install and run malwarebytes.

As a site supporter, all those ads get blocked so I'm assuming that's why I'm not seeing them.

You shouldn't be redirected away from here. If you do you have some sort of malware.

You are on iPhone? Something on your phone had permissions to redirect your browser

On windows PC updating and running malware bytes should knock it out

i am on an iphone. it is jailbroken so who knows, but this is the only site it happens on. i downloaded tapatalk and am using that now, so far no issues.

Welp theres your answer.

iPhone uses a unix style operating system which has levels of permissions the highest of which is "root". By jailbreaking your phone everything has root access by default. Somewhere along the way you went somewhere which downloaded a browser redirect automatically (because you have it permission by jailbreaking the phone)

It doesn't matter if you are a site supporter or not now. Your browser can be hijacked at any time by whatever you come across

I don’t have my phone jailbroke and it was doing it like crazy iPhone X. It’s fixed now or it has stopped at least.
