I know it’s really hard to diagnose a problem especially if I’m jumping between problems like the electrical issue and carbs. Sorry about being confusing, I found a thread you were in and the OP posted the stock specs for high and low adjustments, front high 1 1/8, tear high 1 1/2 and both lows 7/8. That’s what i set it to this afternoon. You need to read this. This should be a direct link to the mikuni sbn pdf download. You arent going to get a magic fix from a screw turn.

If its a stock motor etc, it should run just fine on factory specs which includes oem screw positions. The problem isnt that if you are at factory screw setting on all stock.
Turning the screws in makes it leaner. If you are having problems b/t 1/4-3/4 throttle then the screws are not the problem.
Its hard for any of us to advise when you say you think you are having an electrixal problem and you are adjusting carb screws. That shotgun approach doesnt work and is impossible to figure out over the internet with unreliable Dx info.
I think you should find someone local to help you out. Sure paying a shop to do work sucks but you will know andunderstand what was wrong, learn sonething from it and get back a good running machine.
I also found why the ski was shutting off in right turns and not wanting to start back up. There was a short in 2 wires coming from start stop kill switch.
So went to the boat ramp and it runs and doesn’t turn off anymore going right so that’s fixed. I had to make some tiny adjuments on the low and the high backing them out about 1/8 turn. And idle is set pretty high. It’s rideable now and can rip around but it still doesn’t have low end power and it only really opens up good after 3/4 throttle. It doesn’t like to start under too much load either so I was having to take off from the trailer. Got dark but I’m going to come out tomorrow and do some more small adjustments and see if I can get it right.
I know taking it to the shop would be an easy fix but I’m way to stubborn and cheap to pay someone else especially when I’ve already dropped 300$ to get these carbs right. I really appreciate all the advice it’s helps out a lot.
I’ve read that exploded manual a couple times I’m guna read it again tonight
