Dual cooling routing and hole under exhust outlet

Hi guys, I'm new to the forum here and new to superjets this is my first one. I bought it used recently it's a 96 and it runs well, just was wondering if the cooling routing is correct? I'm just wondering why it's blocked off at the top of the pipe? Is there another place it goes in? And also there's a small hole maybe a 1/4" or smaller under my exhaust outlet has anyone ever seen this or have this? Is it supposed to be there? Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

The holes in the back are to let water drain out,but with the foam in a SJ it will take till the end of time before all the water comes out! You may want to throw a couple stainless steel screws in the holes so you don't take any more water in to the hull.

And this may be an indication that you might want to do foam removal this winter.

Awesome thankyou for the heads up! I wasn't sure. There's only 1 hole on that side. I will put a screw in then. How would I do the foam removal? Is there a write up on that? Thanks

@Afed24 you will have to cut the tray open in order to remove the foam. And yes, there are several threads on foam removal on the X.

Awesome thankyou I did find a bunch. Is anyone familiar with the dual cooling water routing? That's the last thing I'm slightly confused about any help is appreciated. I've tried looking at other posts and what not but nothing seems to have a direct answer. Just want to know if mine looks right and is supposed to be bloacked off up toward the top of the exhaust pipe? Thanks again everyone!

Thought someone else would chime in on the water route! Looking at it l,think whoever owned the ski before, just restricted the water a little to have less water coming in.lm not real familiar with stock systems.Maybe @Jr. will see this
