Tailer Hitch Set up Question

Alright so i just got some cash together and im taking steps towards my Goal of riding freedom and am looking into a tow package for my 1998 honda accord LX 4 door sedan.

Here is the link to a page with three different makes and types of packages i have to buy the electrical separate so dont worry about that i have it covered. but id just like to know which one looks the best. i have an old Zieman dual stand up trailer its extremely small and light cant be more than 4-500lbs im just estimating.
They all have a weight max of 2000lbs and tounge weight of 200lbs. All i will be hauling is my 550sx and the weight of it is centered under the wheels, it looks perfect to me. i just am curious which one would be the toughest or most reliable.
I have my eye on the Reese one it looks beefy but im no expert on this stuff.

I know i should just get a truck but hey a super jet would be nice too...

all are good in my opinion. i would go with the draw-tite or the reese... hidden hitch is good, just not a big fan of there finish work

pm superjett... he has a hitch on his accord, he might be able to recomend one as well

alright thanks alot ill keep both in mind the trouble is, is that they dont show pictures of the product on the car because i dont want ot buy the reese or hidden hitch and have it lookin like butt and sticking out a bunch. i dont know if they would but you never know from one pic...=/

I have the Hidden Hitch on my 2000 4-dr. No drilling, just drop the exhaust off 3 hangers (I think 3) and bolt it on. It's very out of the way too.

I have a hitch on my 2 door Civic. No drilling. My best tow vehicle yet!! 33mpg towing :woot: :woot:

suburbans aren't the most practical tow vehicle unless you pack it with people and a trailer full of ski's

i get rougly 16-18 mpg in the f150 which gets me roughly 430-440 miles on tank of gas..... the gearing in it helps too.... i am only pulling 2250 rpm's when i am doing 80-85

i can fit a superjet in the bed with the tonneau cover closed and tailgate up.... with out the tonneau cover on i can fit two superjets, or a bblaster and an x-2 and still pull a 7500 lb. trailler

but in your situation, the honda is practical, in my situation it would not bed...

One thing to think about is the brakes. My rotors kept warping and having to be turned until my mechanic noticed the hitch and asked about my trailer. With just a single ski it's around 900lbs (1200 with 2), so based on that we replaced the front rotors and went with ceramic pads to minimize heat buildup. We'll see how it does this summer.

yeah not at all when i use the suburban is when my bro and i go out to ocean side with both our skis my honda might be able to pull to skis but i dont want to push it.

I can take a pic but it's just a receiver under the bumper. Nothing much to see. It's not ugly like some hitches if that's what you're asking.

I avoid the problem by not using my brakes!

02 2d Civic. I picked up this Hidden Hitch from e bay about 9 mo ago for like $85 shipped. Easy bolt on install.
