Jetinetics charging flywheel

I've done many searches to find some reviews of the Jetinetics charging flywheel for Yamaha, no luck so I'm throwing this out to you guys. Does anyone have experiance with the newer designed (2013) charging flywheel? Is it worth the $650 ? I'm putting on a stock 701 with a B-pipe and running a 144 mag pump. Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks but come on give me a review of the year subject flywheel.

Ok. It is a good mod if money is no object, and is lighter than a stocker modded by Speedysprocket or Zero. It has a steel inner hub, so cracking in that area shouldn't be a problem.

That being said, I think most would agree that money would be well spent on many other mods, unless you already have virtually all other common performance parts installed.

From my experience, a bored reduction nozzle exceeds a lightened flywheel in the brap feel test and it cost way less money. Like said above, other mods are penny wiser no doubt.

Thanks again guys. Advice taken and I'll look into some of the other recommend mod.
Porting, lightened flywheel, bored nozzle, and a head with 35cc domes will make you extremely happy. Also recommend modding your stock cdi for a higher rev limit or going to an msd enhancer.

been running the new style steel core for 2 years now, IMO just as reliable as stock but much better performing, wish i could have one on all my motors not running TL!
