two finger throttles

Looking for a two finger throttle. Have a stock one right now. Its too short to use two fingers. It's also just long enough that it hits my index finger enough to have a nice bruise on it by the end of the day. Looked at the tusk for a single finger throttle. I would prefer something that would be goo for two fingers though. Haven't really seen anything out there though. Any suggestions?

I'd prefer two use two fingers. I use two on both my mountain bike, race quad and dirt bike (when I owned one) with both hands for the clutch and front brake. I looked into using a mtn bike lever like some do, but they do not pull enough cable and have to have to be bent to get more cable pull, which makes it more of a one finger lever. The also need some sort of jimmy rigged adapter to fit the 6mm yammi cable into a 7mm cable hole.
