Which head to buy for yamaha 760

I've got a Yamaha 760 that I put in my superjet and I'm looking to put a head on it. I'm wondering which head and dome setup offers the best performance on pump gas. Also, where is the best place to buy it? the motor has a carb and pipe and is otherwise stock. thanks guys
