I am lost on direction to pursue currently, but looking at Chris Fiore's old ROKR as an option.
or a BOB Gen 2 Hull. (really anything available)
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

As Buzzard said...this engine was most likely set up for mid-top end. Best bet may to be sell this ski and start fresh if you wanna start flipping skis in two months.

Thanks for the info! Selling and getting a completed ski is my preferred direction. I guess the biggest debate is going to be what setup? Would like to stay under $10K

I forgot to mention, when I registered my ski, they check engine ID as well, and they claimed this engine is not the one they had in the system for last registration for what it's worth. Wondering if someone swapped engines to race setup or from race setup. What engine parts change the torque curve for racing Vs FS?

The Engine HIN is fairly new (past few years in alabama). I do not have an engine HIN# due to having to replace my cases back in 2003 or so.

good to know about the registration. What are the odds this engine was just pieced together to sell the ski at some point and the race setup was taken out?
It seems if they already had an EIN, that didnt match to this one something changed?

Finally got the Dry pipe off and was able to measure the cylinder. The actual measurement I got from piston to wall was approx 84.88-85mm with a stroke of 68mm. Bringing the volume to somewhere around 768-771cc...

The ski looks like its a Limited Spec setup... If it was built for racing and is limited legal, it will have no porting.

You may find someone who still races limited that would buy your pipe/swap you for a bpipe.. other than that, your ski has some good poop in it.

That worx grate is a 205 with a pump stuffer welded to it.. the stuffer effectively reshapes the pump tunnel to a less aggressive angle. rare to see anymore and worth about 1.5-2mph up top... only works in pre 08 hulls.

You also need to get another lord mount for the pipe.

Gotta love good poop! Looking in to getting a new b-pipe straight from factory, then figuring out how much the type 4 is worth and sell it. Planning to cut the pump stuffer off or get a new intake grate. The stuffer won't work on my future application.
