This product is made really well, with good instruction sheet. He even includes an absorbent pad and template to make a bib for refueling your ski. Pretty cool.

Finally found time to ride with new pump cone. I did notice improvement with stock prop. Next time I go out I will put a skat 19/24 in and see how it does.

Recommended with skat swirl. Both updated worth it. Some people with say do the 144 swap but I think it's fine just as is. Braaaap!!

I run a 19/24 in my FX1 and its great but no stubby cone. I wonder if the increase of the stubby cone is worth it

it depends on the entire setup on how well they work.. the effect is very similar to boring the outlet nozzle.. you are decreasing pressure at the back of the pump allowing more volume and less load on the engine.. it will allow the pump to slightly slip off idle allowing the engine to rev to its power band.. it can allow more bottom end response with a taller impeller.. it can work different with every setup.. if the impeller is not tall enough, it can cause cavitation off idle too..

again, depends on the entire setup.. if your impeller is tall enough,and you have enough engine, you may not lose any top end and gain some bottom at the same time.. no different than a bored outlet nozzle.. besides, no one cares about top end anyways.. its all about bottom end on here..
