Fuel Tank Mounting Bracket

Who sells the bracket for mounting an external fuel pump to the back of a fuel tank? Is this a custom fabrication job or does someone sell this style of bracket or something similar?

The Blowsion bracket looks cool but I’m not sure about the idea of mounting a fuel pump over battery terminals.
