Prop size...

i got a 92 750 that has a dry pipe and a few other mods done before i bought her. i havent looked to see what kinda of prop i got but i was seeing if i could yalls brains on some info. which prop and ratios would give me the most torque? im not looking for a ton of top end haul ass speed im looking more for the low end punch to shot me up a wave at the beach or behind a yacht at the lake.

9/17 is the best for low end on a stock and lightly modded motor. Once the power gets up there you need to step up the pitch so it dosent cavitate as bad on the low end. I like my 12/18 5mm setback. Either way you go make sure its a big hub impeller, makes a huge difference.

A Skat large hub 9-17 with your 80MM nozzle should get you there. If it has a low port SX cylinder it will be responsive but acceleration fades quickly. An SXI cylinder will be a little softer to respond but make more power and go "scary" fast.

poogan i have no idea what you told me....this is the one part that i just cant wrap my head around what it means and what i got in my ski currently!!
