I eliminated the Trim for the time being, the cone I was using snapped so there goes that haha. But honestly, all you have to do is run a cable inside one of the (empty)cooling lines out the back and run the cable right up the pole to a finger throttle, very simple .

How much for the poles? Where did you get them?

Ordered from a guy on PWCtoday forums, his name was PLD very cool dude to work with price with powdercoating 380$ish with shipping

yeah I have a 750 that ive done this too, I run dual 500's bilges so i removed the stock bilge, used that cooling line for my trim cable then sealed it up, problem is I cant seem to get enough throw on it because when the pump is under pressure it makes it almost impossible to use... haha plus i keep snapping cables! (im using the terry cable) :banghead::banghead::banghead:

Ah i see what your sayin exactly, I had a really good cable for mine but i think after i broke the pump nozzle i just cut the cable up haha, but it was a great setup. my buddy has one still setup ill try to get exact spec's from him.

Terrycable is honoring they cable and theyre sending me a new one, but im sure it'll just snap again. It is a lot of pressure that the nozzle is under

All i can say is get a better cable lol. they range anywhere form like 70-120$ on SBT .

Im going to try to locate mine! she was a beast

Well theyre sending me a new one so ill try this one. A lot of people recommend this cable on the forum as a good replacement inside of buying the pricy xmetal Ot etc. If it snaps again ill look into something else stronger.

Slammed 3 tanks of gas and ruined a pair of skate shoes on the ski last weekend. Ran absolutely perfect. foot holds are pure beauties!!! Plenty of hop with the 44Carb and all the new goodies . Word to the wise if anyone is going the same route with an aftermarket HandPole. The one from PLD (like mine) does work fantastic but where the cables come through and into the hull can destroy lines! tape them up/grind down the edges as best as possible to avoid any ripping (my steering cable took a beating). Now since this build took me forever to get completed I overlooked the fact that I shortened my pole -2 fully forgot about my steering cable (about 2" to long .... le sigh) so that has been a bit of a joy. I have it sort of Jerry Rigged at the moment and it is working but hoping to fabricate something up in the near future for this problem! Taking it back up to the lake this weekend, Il snap some new pics and maybe some mid wipe out shots!
