What the difference between the 3-D base and the 3-D premium?

Is the Premium worth the extra money?

I don't know what the difference is and my dealer is currently out of stock. He says that they were such a hot item that he wasn't able to keep up with orders.
One thing he did mention is that the "premium" has rear view mirrors which come in handy when towing a tube. The "premium" also comes with a grab bar for the passenger and a back up sensor with a sound device(I think it's the type that goes "beep...beep...beep.." when ever reverse is selected). I'm sure that would make docking a breeze.
