Vilder, Red or Purple?

What is the difference between the red and purple Vilder boxes? What colour is the newer model? Do they work with an aluminum flywheel?

I am thinking of buying a programmable ignition and Vilder's are going for a decent price these days.

The last ones I got from vilder were blue... Purple ones that I had, all went bad. But I was using a Jetinetic's flywheels too, I went back to the 62T flywheels when I got the blue vilders and have never had a problem with them running and the curves do exactly as programmed.
PS and been fine for over 4 years...

i saw a NIB purple that said 'fully programmable' with software and cables on ebay this week for about $399

i dont know the diff tho. good question. i should be receiving my vilder any day now.

I saw that one but the seller doesn't take Pay Pal.

I have a Riva charging flywheel so if they don't like the Jetinetic's I am sure they will have problems with the Riva.

What kind of problems did you have with the purple ones?

newest vilder's are red, it's very hard to setup with any flywheel other than stock or vilder flywheel.
