Custom/Hybrid Sxr bed plate

So while I am having to pull the motor out for an engine rebuild I was looking for any ways to cut any weight and I saw one way was to use the 750 sxi bed plate cause it's 1lbs lighter but when looking at them side by side it looks just like the Sxr bed plate but the center cut out holes are different. The 750 bed plate has two large cut outs and the Sxr has only one cut out and it's smaller. Just wanting input on if the 750 bed plate would hold up, or leave the Sxr bed plate or could I just open the hole already there up some and add one to the other side saving the 1lbs that the sxi plate would. I want to cut any weight I can but don't want to make a bad move just to save 1 lbs.

The Rad Dudes sell an Aluminum bed plate that is lighter than stock.

Here is what I have done before and you can use the 650 plates too but the best loss and looks are the aluminum ones.

No, that looks like an OEM that was lightened and cleaned up.
